Structural Steelwork Ltd
Gosforth Rail Depot; Implementation of process to successfully negotiate to recover time and expense due for compensation events under NEC option A sub contract for steel fabrication and erection on new maintenance and wheel wash facility. Overall value: £1.5 Million, September 2021 - February 2022.
Bridgend Town Council
Cost planning and preparation of tender documentation for refurbishment of a town hall in Bridgend. JCT Minor Works contract; approximate value of £300,000. October 21 - April 22.
London-based Designer
Provision of commercial support in defending large claims in 2 adjudications. Adjudicators decision in favour of Rob's client resulting in a total reward of over £400,000. January 2022.
Centregreat Rail Ltd
Commercial management of mechanical and electrical works at six rail maintenance depots in central London to bring lighting, heating, ventilation and train wash facilities up to current standards. Services provided included agreement of significant variation accounts with extensive supporting information. Combined scheme value of £2.1 Million, NEC Option A.
